The role
Working within a talented digital team, you’ll play a pivotal role in the production of market leading designs and campaigns that raise the bar. Reporting to the marketing manager, your key roles and responsibilities will be:
Design and write the code for both new and existing websites
Develop concepts that improve customer experience
Build engaging interfaces for our customer control panels
Monitor and improve website performance through multivariate testing
Work with our search marketing team to ensure SEO best practices at all time
Create eye catching magazine adverts
Build attractive and effective email marketing campaigns
Bring inspiring social media campaigns to life
Develop infographics that excite people and make them want to share
Support the marketing team to develop new campaigns
What we want from you
A strong understanding of W3C standards compliant HTML & CSS
Excellent knowledge/awareness of usability, accessibility, & cross-browser issues and solutions
Extensive practical experience of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Passionate about UI/UX design
Experience of designing for conversion driven ecommerce websites
Knowledge of how web design decisions impact on SEO
An understanding of JQuery would be also be beneficial
